Black Sesame & Dark Chocolate Tart

A dramatic, moody tart with a nutty black sesame crust and velvety dark chocolate ganache.
Finished with flaky sea salt and edible gold leaf for a witchy, decadent finish.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup black sesame seeds, ground
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- For ganache: 1 cup heavy cream, 8 oz dark chocolate (70%), chopped
- Flaky sea salt, edible gold leaf (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crust ingredients into dough.
- Press into a tart pan. Bake 15 min until set.
- Heat cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate, stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache into crust. Chill 2+ hours until set.
- Finish with sea salt and gold leaf.
